The Babri Masjid in Ayodhiya was martyred during the first BJP regime and the Ram Mandir was inaugurated in place of the Babri Masjid by the current government of the same bigoted Hindu extremist party۔ Non-Hindu minorities and their places of worship in India have not been safe at any time, but the treatment of non-Hindu minorities, especially Muslims, during the BJP's rule is a dark and shameful part of India's history. It is the most embarrassing chapter.

 

The killing of Indian Muslims in the name of cow raksha and the killing of their mosques as illegal has become a norm in today's India and in this work all the state institutions of India including the judiciary of Narendra Modi are facilitators of the government. And are submissive. Right now, there was a controversy regarding the Gyan Vapi Mosque in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the Golden Mosque in Delhi, when the historic Akhundji Mosque located near Delhi's Qutb Minar and the adjoining Madrasa Bahrul Uloom were martyred.

According to the details, the staff of Delhi Development Authority martyred Masjid Akhundji and Madrasa Bahrul Uloom with the help of bulldozers on January 30 and also shifted the debris from there to another place so that the name of the mosque and madrassa does not remain. The administration of the mosque and madrassa has filed an appeal in the Delhi High Court against the martyrdom of the mosque and madrassa, in which the Delhi Development Authority has been made a party.

 

The court has sought a response from the concerned institution only for fill in the blanks and inquired about the reasons for the martyrdom of the two buildings and the submission of the relevant documents in this regard, the prior issue of the mosque and madrassa being martyred and the hearing of the case. It has been postponed till February 12. The Delhi Development Authority claims that the Akhundji Mosque was established within the boundaries of a forest area and has been demolished as illegal constructions and encroachments, although the same institution had assured in the Delhi High Court that it would not demolish any mosque, cemetery or Waqf board property in Mehr-Wali Archaeological Park.

 

The fact is that the historical status of this mosque is certain because a report published in 1922 by the Archaeological Survey of India, an institution in India, mentioned the presence of this mosque and said that the repair and renovation of the mosque was done. The work was done in 1853-54 AD.  In fact, this mosque was built in the 13th century, while this area was declared a war zone in 1994, so how can this mosque be declared an illegal construction? Akhundji Mosque was mentioned in a list of minutes and its boundaries it was reported that Akhundji Mosque is about 100 meters west of Eid Gah and this mosque was still present at the time of Timur's invasion of India in 1398 and the architectural style of this mosque indicates that it was at least Seven to eight hundred years old. According to local Muslims, the mosque was built during the reign of Akhundji. Razia Sultan from 1236 to 1240.
